Why Join Us? As a Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP), Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or certified educator on our Early Supports & Services team, you'll have the unique opportunity to make a profound impact on children from birth to age three. Your role is pivotal in shaping a brighter future for our youngest community members.

  • Reinforce strategies and objectives to support the child's growth.
  • Conduct assessments and develop goals in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Guide families through transitions to other public or private services before the child turns three.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate case records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing learning, mentoring, and relationship-based supervision.
  • For a complete list of responsibilities and expectations, please see the full job description.

  • A proactive team player who contributes constructively to the Early Supports & Services team.
  • Comfortable using general office software like Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
