able to build systems and manage day-to-day program operationsStrong customer service and communication skills (written and oral)Comfort with budgeting, operational planning, and coordination of program resourcesStrong technology skills and appreciation for technology as a tool for efficient administration (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, recordkeeping systems; Canva or similar tools a plus)Willingness to receive training and continue professional growth in support of school needsPhysically agile and energetic; able to work both indoors and outdoors and support active supervision needsAlignment with RISE Academys mission and comfort working in a faith-based school environmentPreferred QualificationsMasters degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related fieldPrior experience supervising staff and/or managing managers in an early childhood programExperience leading licensing visits, compliance audits, or documentation systemsExperience supporting enrollment growth, marketing programs, and/or family recruitment efforts in an ECE settingPhysical Requirements and Work EnvironmentAbility to move throughout the campus and classrooms, including frequent walking, standing, bending, and active supervisionAbility to occasionally lift/carry up to 20 pounds (materials, supplies, classroom resources)Ability to work outdoors during supervision and events in varying weather conditionsFrequent use of a computer/keyboard and standard office equipmentOccasional evening/weekend availability for family events, trainings, or peak enrollment periods may be requiredCompensationCompensation is based on credentials, relevant experience, academic degrees, and certifications.
