PURPOSE:
The Senior Behavior Analyst will support the clinical staff of the behavioral health team. They are responsible for ensuring clinical staff are equipped with the necessary tools to provide quality services and improve clinical outcomes, creating a positive family experience. S/he will be responsible for leading the company’s two core objectives:

The Senior Behavior Analyst will be responsible for leading the team to make sure they are providing the best possible patient experience in all aspects of daily activities.

The Senior Behavior Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and expanding upon their relaxed but enthusiastic professional work environment. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Perform assessments and write treatment plans for clients with a variety of diagnoses, primarily autism spectrum disorder
- Ability to independently run a caseload of 30 hours/week to include direct sessions when needed, supervision, and caregiver skills training
- Provide weekly supervision and oversight of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs
- Provide weekly or monthly caregiver skills trainings to families as needed or requested, including group caregiver skills training
- Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations for the team
- Ensure accurate and timely data integrity
- Communicates and explains new directives, policies or procedures to team members
- Evaluate programming and graphs on weekly basis
- Assist with clinical audits/review of programming, treatment plan development, and intervention planning to ensure ethical research based standards.
- Identify training needs for the ABA team and execute competency based training based on those needs
- Maintain positive work culture and “system of support’for both staff and families by projecting a positive image of the organization
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide positive leadership and team building based on respect, cooperation, and competence
- Take personal responsibility for actions; use effective problem solving skills and seek support when needed
- Through regular supervision, feedback and performance evaluations, ensure that employees effectively perform the essential functions of their position
- Conduct, attend or facilitate regular staff meetings
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in Applied Behavior Analysis services.
- Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- High level of compassion and empathy when communicating with families entering services
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must hold a current BCBA certification with the BACB and remain in good standing
- 5 years experience as a BCBA and previous management experience
- Ability to analyze data and make changes based on information
- Ability to provide feedback and shape behavior of clinicians
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have current basic first aid and CPR certification
- Must have reliable transportation
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to move from sitting to standing and squatting to sanding quickly
- Lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods
