What You’ll Do (Revenue-Focused Role)
This position is primarily sales and business development, not project babysitting.
You will:
- Generate new business through door knocking, cold outreach, and territory development, focusing on commercial projects
- Conduct roof inspections (training provided)
- Identify insurance vs. retail opportunities
- Build scopes, present estimates, and close contracts
- Manage your pipeline and follow-up in CRM
- Maintain client relationships through project completion (light oversight)
Compensation & Upside
- Earn 50%-60% of net profit on all jobs sold
- Uncapped commission structure – no ceiling on earnings
- Average commission of $4,000-$4,800 on residential jobs and $14,000-$16,500 on commercial jobs
