Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – Sexual and Reproductive Health Clinic
Boulder, Colorado | Part-Time (Thursdays & Fridays)
RISE Collective is a small, independent reproductive health clinic in Boulder, Colorado, specializing in abortion care through all trimesters. We are seeking a kind, compassionate, and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. This position is currently two daytime shifts per week (Thursdays & Fridays), typically 8–10 hours, with opportunities for additional hours as our clinic grows.
Because abortion care is our primary service, applicants must be personally comfortable providing abortion care and committed to treating every patient with dignity, respect, and without judgment.
Compensation
- $50–$55 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
As a member of our clinical team, you will::
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care
- Monitor patients and manage comfort and pain during and after procedures
- Assist physicians, NPs, and other clinical staff during procedures
- Establish IV access and administer medications within the RN scope of practice
- Provide emotional support and nonjudgmental, trauma-informed care throughout the patient experience
- Help maintain a safe, efficient, and collaborative procedural environment
Qualifications
- Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong IV placement skills
- BLS certification (or willingness to obtain prior to hire)
- Experience in Labor & Delivery, sexual & reproductive healthcare, Emergency Department, or other procedural nursing setting is preferred
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical environment
