Join the RISE Center for Autism as a Behavior Technician, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in the Clare area. You’ll implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children build essential skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
Schedule Availability
- Must be available Monday–Friday, 4:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
- Additional Weekend availability preferred

Requirements
- 40h RBT Training Certificate - If you don’t already have one, you may obtain it for free through the Autism Partnership Foundation: Courses.autismpartnershipfoundation.org/offers/it285gs6/checkout
- Child or Pediatric CPR & First Aid Certification - (CPR must include a live, in-person skills test using a training mannequin)
- Reliable personal transportation
- Clear criminal background check
- Cell phone with unlimited internet access - (Monthly stipend provided for use of your personal phone)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Passion for working with children
- ABA experience preferred, but not required
