Summary
The Logistics Coordinator supports shipping, receiving, inventory, and front_gate operations. This role manages delivery coordination, documentation, cycle counting, and small parcel shipments, and various administrative tasks.
Shift: 1st (Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage gate calls, inbound deliveries, and visitor coordination
- Direct raw material deliveries through the scale and notify material handlers.
- Receive and route small parcel deliveries (UPS, FedEx, mailroom).
- Direct and escort visitors and notify internal contacts of arrivals.
- Prepare shipping documents including packing slips and Bills of Lading.
- Scan, file, and distribute shipping and receiving documentation.
- Perform inventory cycle counts for Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods.
- Coordinate and process all small parcel shipments using FedEx and UPS systems.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to support efficient material flow.
- May operate material handling equipment
- Perform all duties in accordance with safety standards and expectations
- Utilize various software applications such as SAP and Microsoft Office

Qualifications:
- Associates degree in business administration or; a High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
- Experience with shipping documentation and basic inventory activities.
- Computer proficiency
- Clear communication and customer-service skills.
- Able to read and write the English language
- Strong emphasis on quality, productivity and safety

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the pay rate for this position which is $23.00-$28.50 per hour. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 0-7% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.Additional Pay Incentives for This Role Include:
