The Senior Designer will drive high-impact creative work across Rise Brands’ portfolio, collaborating with creative leadership to develop and execute innovative concepts across print, packaging, digital, environmental, and experiential channels. The Senior Designer will play a critical role in shaping the look, feel, and growth of Rise Brands and its evolving brand portfolio.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and production of social media graphics, in-store materials, websites, merchandise, advertising, marketing collateral, and other brand touchpoints.
Apply advanced creative skills in color, typography, illustration, photography, animation, and layout, ensuring consistency with brand standards while pushing creative boundaries.
Create compelling mockups, presentations, and proof-of-concept materials to communicate ideas to internal teams and leadership.
Collaborate with creative leadership to refine concepts, providing strategic input and elevating work across multiple brands.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering skill development and maintaining high creative standards.
Proactively manage priorities, timelines, and resources across concurrent projects, troubleshooting challenges and communicating risks effectively.
Generate and contribute ideas to brand campaigns, product launches, and overall creative strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors (photographers, videographers, printers, etc.) to ensure high-quality execution of creative initiatives.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, design, fine art, or a related field preferred.
6 years of experience in agency, in-house, or firm-based design roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and creative expertise.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Apple platforms.
Advanced knowledge of the creative process, marketing, brand development, and graphic design principles.
Exceptional design sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to deliver polished work under tight deadlines.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills; able to elevate work and provide constructive feedback to peers and leadership.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and adaptive designer, capable of applying style guides creatively across multiple brands while maintaining brand integrity.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
