Role Description
This full-time hybrid role as an In-home Therapist is based in Worcester, MA, with opportunities for remote work. The therapist will work closely with clients and their families, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities include providing individual and family counseling, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining detailed and accurate records. The therapist will also assist in addressing behavioral and emotional challenges to promote positive outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong therapeutic skills, including individual and family counseling
- Experience in creating treatment plans, conducting behavioral evaluations, and providing strength-based, client-centered care
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and maintain professional documentation standards
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Prior experience in delivering In-Home Therapy or CBHI services is preferred
- Licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT, or the ability to obtain appropriate state licensure
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis practices is an asset
- Flexibility, time management, and the ability to adapt in diverse client settings
- Access to reliable transportation for in-home visits within Worcester County
