We were founded by two brothers who started their journey as RBTs and loved the field so much that they went back to school to become BCBAs and start their own clinic.

About Rise Autism Therapy Services:
Rise Autism Therapy Services is looking for a pre-certified Behavior Technician (RBT) or a candidate who is excited to serve and support the autism community. We offer paid training for those that are not pre-certified! The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working with individuals with special needs, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Implements skill-building programming and maintenance programs as prescribed by the client's treatment team
- Implements client-specific behavior reduction strategies, as prescribed by the behavior intervention plan
- Demonstrates effective use of ABA techniques
- Engages child in interactive and meaningful play during breaks and downtime
- Maintains daily data collection
- Ensures that child's workspace is neat and orderly
- Ensures needed materials are available, creates materials as requested, and notifies supervisor of necessary materials that are not currently available
- Works collaboratively with other members of child's treatment team and family
- Communicates with team regarding all developments, problems, or concerns as needed and responds appropriately to feedback
- Adheres to diet, supplementation and medication protocols, per BCBA and parent instructions
- Completes and submits required documentation in a timely manner (client mileage tracking form, session notes, parent notes).
- Maintains client confidentiality per Rise Autism, LLC policy and HIPAA Privacy Regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Employee must be able to perform all physical duties related to the position, including ability to lift and maneuver over 50lbs

- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean background check

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
