Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners through warm calling and outbound door-to-door visits to introduce our window cleaning services
• Conduct personalized consultations, demonstrating the value and quality of our offerings to prospective clients
• Negotiate service packages tailored to customer needs, ensuring mutual satisfaction and closing sales effectively
• Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage follow-ups efficiently
• Develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach, marketing campaigns, and relationship building
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales, especially in technology or service sales environments
• Strong negotiation skills with a confident approach to closing deals
• Experience with telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques to generate leads and set appointments
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
• Excellent communication skills in English—both verbal and written—along with active listening abilities
• Demonstrated ability to conduct business development activities independently and as part of a team
• Customer service mindset with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and client engagement
