As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll build professional relationships with business customers, understand their communication needs, and recommend AT&T Business wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions that fit their goals.You'll develop valuable communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills while helping local businesses discover solutions that support their day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do as a Entry Level Sales Representative
- Speak with business customers to introduce AT&T Business products and services
- Build strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
- Present wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions based on each business's needs
- Explain pricing, service options, promotions, and account features with confidence
- Guide business customers through account setup, enrollments, activations, and account updates
- Answer customer questions and provide professional support throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate customer records and account documentation
- Work toward daily and weekly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Collaborate with teammates to support overall sales performance and business growth
