What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Front Desk Coordinator for Mental Health Agency position at Rise Above Therapy?
Rise Above Therapy in Albuquerque is hiring a full-time Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator for our Uptown office. This position is Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 1-hour unpaid lunch. Pay is $20/hour.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, compassionate, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This person will serve as the front desk receptionist while also supporting our admin team with scheduling, client communication, intake paperwork, billing follow-up, and general office tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and maintaining a welcoming office environment
- Answering phones, texts, emails, and website chats
- Scheduling new clients and assigning intake paperwork
- Following up with clients regarding appointments, paperwork, balances, and telehealth links
- Updating the schedule in SimplePractice
- Assisting with billing, insurance information, and outstanding balances
- Helping maintain office organization, reports, supplies, and therapist documentation tracking
Previous experience in reception, customer service, a medical or therapy office, or administrative work is preferred. Experience with SimplePractice, Google Docs, and Google Sheets is a plus.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping support both clients and therapists.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
