Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care and support for individuals.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Stay current on the latest research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
