What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing student housing or multifamily communities
- Confident, proactive leader who inspires, empowers, and develops on-site teams
- Strong understanding of leasing strategy, occupancy management, and financial performance
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional resident service
- Comfortable leading a lease-up or new construction community
- Knowledge of market analysis, competitive pricing, and strategic decision-making
- Organized, self-driven, and committed to operational excellence
- Oversee all aspects of the community to meet or exceed marketing, leasing, and financial goals
- Implement company policies across leasing, accounting, maintenance, and resident relations
- Lead, motivate, and supervise on-site team members
- Conduct regular market and product analysis to ensure competitive positioning
- Recommend competitive pricing strategies to the Regional Director
- Generate leasing traffic through effective and cost-efficient methods
- Supervise leasing activities and personally support leasing efforts
- Review market strategies monthly and adjust based on occupancy needs
- Meet and manage budget objectives
- Plan, schedule, and control expenditures to ensure cost-effective operations
- Review and approve purchases, payables, and vendor services
- Train and develop team members to support long-term growth and success
- Compensation Range: $70,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
- Bonus Potential: Quarterly discretionary bonuses
- Pay Schedule: Paid semi-monthly
