We’re hiring a Groundskeeper at Pilots Pointe Apartments — someone who takes pride in keeping a community clean, professional, and welcoming every single day.
What This Role Really Is
This isn’t just picking up trash or checking a list.
This role is about maintaining the standard of the community — through consistency, attention to detail, and ownership.
It sits at the intersection of:

You’re not just maintaining the property — you’re shaping how it feels to live there.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property grounds and common areas
- Performing daily cleaning of the clubhouse, including restrooms, fitness areas, offices, hallways, and resident spaces
- Pressure washing sidewalks, breezeways, building exteriors, pool areas, and dumpster areas as needed
- Picking up trash and debris throughout the property
- Supporting curb appeal with light landscaping and upkeep
- Cleaning and maintaining outdoor furniture and amenity spaces
- Reporting safety hazards, property damage, or maintenance concerns to management
- Assisting with move-out and property preparation projects as needed
- Following all company safety procedures and policies
What We’re Looking For

- Takes pride in clean, well-maintained spaces

- Is dependable, punctual, and consistent
- Works well independently and stays on task
- Is comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Can safely operate equipment like pressure washers
