What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of construction experience, including 5 years in pre-construction leadership
- Expertise in estimating, conceptual budgeting, design collaboration, scheduling, and financial analysis
- Strong executive communication and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with estimating tools and systems (Procore and Excel preferred)
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams
- Lead all pre-construction and estimating operations across the organization
- Establish consistent procedures, standards, and best practices
- Oversee conceptual and detailed budgets for all project types
- Review plans, specs, scopes, and logistics to ensure accuracy
- Analyze cost trends and historical data to support forecasting
- Lead bid strategy, subcontractor pricing, and proposal deliverables
- Collaborate with Construction, Development, Design, Finance, and Legal teams
- Provide executive reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership
- Support project handoff, cash flow modeling, and phasing plans
