• Facilitate group support sessions, leading discussions and activities to promote shared experiences and a sense of community

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of recovery resources and services, connecting clients with relevant support and care

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for clients

• Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to industry standards and best practices

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in a peer support or recovery-focused role

• Personal experience with the recovery process (optional but highly valued)

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries

• Familiarity with recovery resources and services in the Queens, NY area

• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends (part-time and full-time positions available)
