Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced commercial embroiderer to join our embroidery production team. As a key player in our production team, you will contribute to maintaining our high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered designs.
- Collaborate with design team to ensure accurate execution of client specifications.
- Maintain and troubleshoot embroidery equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Quality check finished products for accuracy and consistency before shipping.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the embroidery area
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Be flexible and able to help in other capacities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in commercial embroidery, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work.
- Proficient in using embroidery software and operating multi-head embroidery machines.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
