What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, technical manuals, and manufacturer specifications
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
• Perform installations, repairs, and equipment modifications in accordance with industry standards and local codes
• Utilize diagnostic tools, electrical testing equipment, and industry-standard service practices
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate findings clearly with customers and team members
• Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support the company's growth initiatives

Who We're Looking For

• Expert-level HVAC and refrigeration experience with the confidence and capability to solve challenging technical issues, mentor others, and help establish the standard of excellence for a growing organization.
• We are seeking experienced technicians who are ready to make an immediate impact and who aspire to grow into future leadership opportunities as the company expands.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of all system components
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently
• Strong communicaiton skills
• EPA Certification required
• NATE Certification preferred
• Manual J, S, and D proficiency
• Experience with commercial refrigeration systems is a plus

Additional Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record consistent with company insurance requirements.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and any additional screenings required by law or customer contractual obligations.
• Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the position.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct when interacting with customers, team members, and business partners.
