We’re hiring a Front Desk Agent to join our busy oceanfront hotel. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, are reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Requirements:
- Previous front desk/hotel experience
- Strong customer service & sales attitude
- English fluency; Spanish/French a plus
- Able to work day/evening shifts, weekends & holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to lift 20 lbs
- Knowledge of Hollywood/Dania Beach/Fort Lauderdale area is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in person, by phone, and by email
- Check guests in/out and manage reservations
- Handle booking inquiries (walk-in, phone, email)
- Verify payments and complete required paperwork
- Provide support and service to guests throughout their stay
