About The Role
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in expanding Rippling’s Benefits Marketplace and carrier integration program. Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Benefits Operations, and external carriers, you’ll drive integrations end-to-end—ensuring clean launches, scalable processes, and a high-quality client experience. You’ll also build reporting and readiness frameworks, manage escalations with urgency, and help define the operating model for a fast-growing program. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings deep experience with benefits integrations (EDI/API, carrier connectivity), and takes strong ownership of operational excellence.

The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 150,000 USD per year(US Tier 1)
81,000 - 135,000 USD per year(US Tier 2)
76,500 - 127,500 USD per year(US Tier 3)

What You Will Do
Integration Program Management
- Own end-to-end delivery of carrier integrations across the Benefits Marketplace
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Benefits Ops, and external partners
- Define workstreams, dependencies, milestones, and ownership
- Build and refine SOPs, workflows, and best practices
- Define and run go/no-go criteria and readiness reviews
- Align cross-functional teams ahead of launches
- Identify root causes of launch issues and implement improvements
- Serve as primary internal point of contact for carrier integrations
- Manage timelines, resolve operational issues, and support partners
- Oversee integrations from kickoff through stabilization
- Partner with BD, Product, Engineering, Ops, and Support teams
- Lead regular stakeholder cadences and drive decisions forward
- Build dashboards to track integration health and launch readiness
- Provide visibility into program status and post-launch performance
- Identify trends and escalate systemic issues
- 5 years in benefits, carrier operations, or program/ops management
- Experience with EDI, carrier integrations, or enrollment systems preferred
- Strong understanding of real-world integration challenges
- Familiarity with EDI, APIs, data mapping, and eligibility workflows
- Ability to identify operational risks (no coding required)
- Experience with EDI 834 is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and structured approach
- Advanced spreadsheet skills required; SQL is a plus
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
- Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and across time zones
- Proven ability to manage internal and external partners effectively
