Rippling River Resort campground and Raging River Resort are open year-round.

The Head Housekeeper is an important part of our Resort team and we're looking for immediate hires for up to 40 hours per week. Join our team and showcase your housekeeping skills in a dynamic environment where guests satisfaction is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning all bathhouses; showers, toilets, floors, mirrors, trash and restocking.
- Cleaning all cabins (luxury and rustic) and all glamping tents; Changing linens/making beds, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen area, vacuuming/sweeping, cleaning up trash.
- Cleaning up garbage and debris around the property.
- Deep cleaning as needed.
- Scheduling
- Training new employees
- More duties as needed.
Duties:
Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning, and deep cleaning.
Sanitizing: Sanitizing remotes, door handles, sinks, tubs, floors, and commodes.
Laundry: Delivers soiled linens to laundry; sorts, washes, dries, folds and returns clean linens to linen room. Cleans laundry room, sorting and soiled linen tubs, assembling linen packages.
Supplies: Restocking cleaning products, sponges, towels, and vacuums.
Productivity: Improving cleaning protocols, enhancing team performance, and increasing guest satisfaction.
Quality: Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols for cleaning solutions.
Special requests: Carpet cleaning, Ozone machine air purification, and responding to customer requests
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping highly preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Weekends and Holidays are a must. We are a vacation resort.
