What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resort Supervisor position at Rippling River Resort / Raging River Resort?
Rippling River Resort and our BRAND-NEW Raging River Resort is just minutes from downtown Marquette where you will find the largest family campgrounds and RV Parks. Here, you’ll find fully-furnished luxury cabins, rustic cabins, glamping tents, and campsites, featuring beautiful scenery on the flowing waters of the Carp River. We are committed to providing exceptional outdoor experiences and are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented housekeeping attendant to join our team. Rippling River Resort campground is open year-round. Raging River Resort is open May - October.
We're seeking candidates who are a hard-working, enthusiastic and love the outdoors to join our fun-loving team for immediate start. The candidate is hard-working, enthusiastic and loves the outdoors (and dogs)!
Responsibility includes but are not limited to:
· Most importantly be a team player with a shared goal in making the resort a huge success for staff and guests alike.
· Scheduling staff.
· Spot checks on all positions.
· Must be able to cover shifts as needed in the event staff is sick.
· Must be able to take after hour calls as needed.
· Must be available to work full time, weekends, and holidays coordinating schedules with Management to make sure there is supervision present during these times year ‘round.
· Must be willing to work some opening shifts and some closing shifts coordinating with Manager.
· Coordinate with Management on all staffing needs. Assisting in the hiring and review process.
· Lead office trainer.
· Continually update office training manuals and daily checklists and uphold expectations of office staff openers and closers.
· Communicating with Maintenance, Ranger, and Housekeeping staff as needed.
· Order supplies for office and housekeeping staff
· Update cabin, bathhouse, and laundry codes as needed.
· Maintaining social media platforms for all resort pages and websites.
· Coordinate and manage camp activities, outdoor events, sports tournaments, and entertainment programs such as live music, community engaged fundraisers etc.
· Obtaining TIPS, a Serve Safe certificate, Pool Operator Certification, and CPR/First Aid Training within 90 days of starting the position. The company will cover the costs of training for these certifications.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
