Rippling River Resort and our BRAND-NEW Raging River Resort is just minutes from downtown Marquette where you will find the largest family campgrounds and RV Parks. Here, you’ll find fully-furnished luxury cabins, rustic cabins, glamping tents, and campsites, featuring beautiful scenery on the flowing waters of the Carp River. We are committed to providing exceptional outdoor experiences and are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented housekeeping attendant to join our team. Rippling River Resort campground is open year-round. Raging River Resort is open May - October.
We're seeking candidates who are a hard-working, enthusiastic and love the outdoors to join our fun-loving team for immediate start. The candidate is hard-working, enthusiastic and loves the outdoors (and dogs)!
The Front office staff is an important part of our Resort team and we're looking for immediate hires for up to 30 hours per week. This person is mainly responsible for taking reservations, checking guests in and out of our campgrounds and ensuring guests receive exemplary service.
Responsibility includes but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and taking reservations
- Processing online reservations
- Processing Credit Card transactions
- Checking and answering the Resort email and voicemail
- Checking in guests upon arrival and checking out guests
- Helping stock the campground store and process store transactions
- Providing local information and campground area information
- Building and keeping the fire burning
- Raising and lowering the flag
- Helping making Pizzas & Drinks (no experience required)
