About the Role We are looking for a driven, hospitality minded Placement Associate to join our team. This is a client facing, performance based role focused on one-off events, private dinner parties, meal prep engagements, and smaller scale chef placements. The right person will lead client consultations, source and place private chefs and event staff, and contribute directly to the growth of our brand and placement pipeline.
This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates with confidence, and understands the private chef world from the inside.
What You Will Do Lead client consultations and guide prospects through the RiM placement process. Source, vet, and present appropriate chef matches based on client needs and event scope. Manage placements from initial inquiry through post event follow up. Assist in sourcing and coordinating event staff for RiM activations. Participate in outreach, lead follow up, and relationship building to grow the RiM brand and pipeline. Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
Experience and Qualifications 2 or more years of experience in a culinary, hospitality, or client facing role is preferred. Private chef or private household experience is a strong differentiator. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, lead conversations, and follow through with professionalism. Comfortable working independently as a contractor and managing your own pipeline. CRM experience is a plus but not required.

Someone who understands private household dynamics, event logistics, and client expectations from firsthand experience. Organized, professional, and comfortable leading client facing conversations. Ambitious, growth oriented, and genuinely interested in being part of something that is just hitting its stride. Comfortable operating as an independent contractor with performance based earnings.
