What are the responsibilities and job description for the HIV Early Intervention and Outreach Specialist position at RipplePHX?
HIV Early Intervention and Outreach Specialist
RipplePHX is a small, but mighty nonprofit in Phoenix, AZ. We are innovative, fast-paced, demanding and our goal is to address today’s HIV virus through impact-focused splashes of awareness, love, and celebrations of individual sexual expression as a back-to-grass-roots project created for our LGBTQ community. Our team works each week to empower our community to create their ripple by becoming informed, sharing knowledge, and embracing at least one tool to help stop the spread of HIV.
RipplePHX also operates RipplePrints, a community-based print shop that helps sustain our HIV programs while serving businesses, artists, and organizations across our community. From custom apparel and banners to stickers and promotional materials, RipplePrints transforms creative ideas into bold, high-quality products - with every order helping power HIV prevention, testing, and care services.
You will thrive in this role if you bring lived experience with HIV, enjoy connecting with people in your community, are energized by outreach, and are organized when it comes to documentation, notes, and follow-up.
