What You'll Do
As part of our sales growth & support team in our Redlands, California office, you will:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries and generate new sales to fuel Esri's growth.
- Support sales team by responding to leads through email, chats, and phone calls.
- Learn to identify sales opportunities and advance them forward in the sales process.
- Develop an understanding of how Esri technology addresses real-world business challenges.
- We seek students who are majoring in GIS, geography, or business or are obtaining an MBA and are currently enrolled in a 4-year bachelor's, master's, or PhD program at a university in the United States; undergrads must be in junior or senior standing
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this posting. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Able to complete a 12-week internship beginning in May or June 2026
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desirable students that will be graduating with a graduate or undergrad level degree by 2026.
- Knowledge of GIS and Esri products is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support if beneficial

- Interviews: Students selected for phone interviews will be notified by email on a rolling basis October 2025–January 31, 2026
- Internship: 12 weeks beginning in late May or June
