Licensed Acupuncturist

Ripple Wellness is looking for an acupuncturist who wants to be part of an established, supportive clinic and a collaborative team!

We’re a multidisciplinary wellness center serving the Washougal, Camas and Vancouver community since 2017. We offer acupuncture, massage, naturopathic medicine, nutrition, mental health counseling, yoga, and breathwork. Our multidisciplinary approach allows providers to collaborate and connect patients with the care that best supports their individual needs.

We’re especially proud that our Acupuncture team was voted Best of Clark County for Acupuncture in both 2025 and 2026!

Our acupuncturists work with a diverse range of patients, addressing concerns including acute and chronic pain, orthopedic and sports-related conditions, women’s and pelvic health, fertility and reproductive health, digestive concerns, stress and emotional health, and complex health conditions.

We’re looking for someone who is genuinely interested in helping people feel better and who sees continued learning as an important part of being a great practitioner. A strong interest in women’s health, including reproductive health, fertility, and hormonal health, would be a great fit for our practice. You’ll also have the opportunity to work alongside experienced providers across multiple disciplines, creating opportunities for collaboration and referrals and giving you the ability to care for patients with a broader range of needs.

Compensation

• W-2 employee position
• $60–$70 per completed new patient evaluation
• $40–$45 per completed follow-up visit
• You will have access to two treatment rooms, allowing you to see up to two patients per hour.
• Compensation is per completed visit, rather than hourly.
• Paid through bi-weekly payroll, without waiting for insurance reimbursement.

Schedule

We offer flexibility based on provider availability and clinic needs.

We’re looking for someone who can offer some early evening availability, including 5:00, 5:30, and 6:00 PM appointment times, along with weekday availability.

As with any per-visit position, your income will grow as you build your schedule. We provide the support and patient base of an established practice while you develop your caseload.

Requirements

• Current Washington State Acupuncture license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Comfortable treating a broad range of conditions
• Experience or strong interest in women’s health preferred
• Proficiency in acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, and manual therapies
• Herbal medicine knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Interest in working collaboratively with other healthcare and wellness providers
• Ability to maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation and meet insurance requirements
