What this role looks like:
• Delivering exceptional first impressions at FALCON’s Beverly Hills showroom
• Managing the full client journey from inquiry to vehicle return
• Handling client communications across phone, email, and in-person touchpoints
• Verifying insurance, processing payments, rental agreements, and invoices
• Maintaining organized operational records and client documentation
• Overseeing vehicle check-ins/check-outs to ensure elite fleet standards
• Coordinating direct-to-client vehicle deliveries and pickups across Los Angeles
• Supporting day-to-day showroom operations with impeccable attention to detail
Who they’re looking for:
• Deep familiarity with luxury and exotic automotive brands
• 25 years old (insurance requirement)
• Clean U.S. driving record with 2 years of domestic driving history
• Fully authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent English communication skills
• Strong Google Workspace and administrative proficiency
• Hospitality-forward mindset with polished client service instincts
• Ideally located within close proximity to Beverly Hills
Important operational requirements:
• Standard 8 AM–5 PM shift structure
• Weekend availability is mandatory
• Flexibility for early mornings and extended hours as client logistics require
