Job Overview

The Chief Strategy Advisor (CSA) will serve as a key member of FameEX’s executive office, acting as the senior advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CSA will provide strategic counsel, corporate guidance, and executive-level decision support across business strategy, market positioning, growth initiatives, and organizational planning.

This role requires a visionary strategy leader who combines analytical rigor, market foresight, and cross-functional insight. The CSA will collaborate closely with senior leadership teams—including Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Technology—to align corporate strategy with operational execution, anticipate market opportunities, and drive long-term organizational growth.

The ideal candidate is an experienced strategic advisor with deep expertise in fintech, digital assets, or financial services—capable of delivering high-impact guidance, influencing executive decisions, and shaping the company’s strategic roadmap across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory & Executive Guidance

Provide the CEO and Board with actionable insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance on corporate priorities, market strategy, and growth initiatives.

Partner with leadership teams to evaluate new market opportunities, competitive positioning, and expansion strategies.

Conduct strategic audits, benchmarking, and scenario planning to identify risks, opportunities, and organizational improvements.

Advise on corporate governance, strategic alignment, and long-term business vision.

Corporate Strategy & Planning

Support the development and execution of global corporate strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.

Collaborate with senior leaders to assess organizational performance and recommend operational and strategic improvements.

Assist in defining key performance indicators, metrics, and decision-making frameworks to guide strategic initiatives.

Provide guidance on cross-functional projects and strategic programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Market & Business Insight

Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to inform strategic planning.

Identify potential partnerships, M&A opportunities, and strategic alliances that strengthen FameEX’s market position.

Advise on product, operational, and commercial initiatives to maximize long-term value creation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence

Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO, Board, and executive teams on strategic initiatives.

Facilitate alignment across global teams on corporate priorities, strategic projects, and market initiatives.

Promote a culture of strategic thinking, informed decision-making, and organizational alignment.

Leadership & Organizational Development

Mentor and advise senior executives on strategic execution and long-term planning.

Support succession planning, talent development, and leadership alignment initiatives within the organization.

Establish frameworks and best practices to strengthen cross-functional collaboration and organizational performance.

Qualifications

15–20 years of progressive executive experience in corporate strategy, strategic advisory, or senior executive leadership roles, ideally within fintech, digital assets, or financial services.

Proven track record in providing high-impact executive counsel and driving corporate strategy.

Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, trading platforms, and global financial markets.

Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making and facilitate organizational alignment.

Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
