About the Role
The Service Delivery Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering an excellent customer experience. This position serves as a central point of coordination between Customer Service and Field Operations, ensuring daily work orders are accurately routed, schedules are optimized, and service commitments are met.
You will manage real time routing updates, support field technicians, handle customer inquiries related to service delivery, and proactively resolve issues to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and effective in a fast moving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and route daily work orders accurately by market and technician availability
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Customer Service teams and Field Technicians
- Update routing, schedules, and work order details in real time as conditions change
- Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and chats related to service delivery and scheduling
- Troubleshoot and resolve service issues with customers and/or field staff, escalating when necessary
- Manage customer expectations regarding appointment windows and service timelines
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, work orders, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with company communication standards, procedures, and policies
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and performance
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred
- Prior experience in customer service, dispatch, routing, or service coordination
- Strong phone and communication skills with active listening ability
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proven problem solving skills and sound judgment
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high pressure situations
- Customer focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
Additional Skills:
- Experience working in fast paced or operational environments
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
