This role will oversee project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure successful project outcomes while mentoring engineering staff and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead water and wastewater engineering projects from concept through completion
* Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources
* Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and technical staff
* Manage contracts, change orders, project risks, and financial performance
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
* Review technical deliverables to ensure quality and compliance
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Mentor and develop engineering and project management staff
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
* 8 years of project management experience
* Strong background in water and wastewater infrastructure projects
* Proven success managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and teams
* Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
* Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
