Are You an Experienced Dental Professional who loves helping patients say “yes” to the care they need?
At Rippe Dental Associates, we believe in “Creating Extraordinary Experiences with Extraordinary People.” We’re looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator / Treatment Scheduler who understands that exceptional dental care starts long before a patient sits in the dental chair.

If you have dental office experience, understand treatment plans and insurance, communicate confidently with patients, and take pride in providing outstanding service, we’d love to meet you!

- Welcome patients warmly and professionally during check-in and check-out
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey
- Present and coordinate treatment plans, helping patients understand their recommended care, next steps, and financial considerations
- Schedule and coordinate treatment efficiently, keeping provider schedules productive while creating a positive patient experience
- Follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment and help them get scheduled

- Verify dental insurance benefits and help patients understand their coverage
- Assist with billing and financial questions when needed
- Communicate closely with doctors and the clinical team to ensure seamless treatment coordination

- Contribute to a team culture focused on exceptional patient care and service
What We’re Looking For
Dental experience is important for this position. The ideal candidate has worked in a dental office and understands the unique pace, terminology, workflows, and patient interactions that come with dentistry.
You’ll be a great fit if you are:
- Experienced in a dental front-office, treatment coordinating, scheduling, or dental administrative role
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans, scheduling, and dental insurance
- Confident communicating treatment and financial information with patients
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Warm, personable, and genuinely interested in helping patients
- Proactive about following up and getting treatment scheduled
- A strong team player who communicates well with doctors and clinical staff
- Comfortable with dental practice management software—or willing to learn
- Familiar with Open Dental is a plus
- Someone who takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience
