Compensation And Benefits

• Annual compensation range $39,000 to $55,000. Range includes highly regarded Health and Dental Insurance package ($11,000 - $25,000 annually depending on individual/insurance needs) and value of benefits below.
• 401k (employer match of $.50 for every dollar employee contributes up to 6% of their wages. This amounts to $750 - $900 annual company match for newly eligible employees).
• Life insurance ($5k face value).
• Paid holidays after 60 days.
• Paid vacation after first year.
• Financial planning resources.
• Profit sharing (15% of profits shared with Employees and based on attendance).
• Short- and long-term disability.
• Seasonal, voluntary overtime available.
• Assistance in education in job-related subjects.
• Salary to be discussed during initial interview and based on experience. Employees evaluated for salary increases after first 60 days, 6 months, and first year.
• Full time positions are first shift only (production hours are 6:30am-3:00pm).
