Compensation And Benefits

• Starting wage for Industrial Maintenance Technician is based on experience. Experience with industrial sewing machines is preferred, but not necessary. Ripon Athletic will train candidates who show the desire to learn, have good attendance, and have the ability to work well with others. Employees evaluated for salary increases after first 60 days, 6 months, and first year.
• 401k (employer match of $.50 for every dollar employee contributes up to 6% of their wages. This amounts to $750 - $900 annual company match for newly eligible employees).
• Life insurance ($5k face value).
• Paid holidays after 60 days.
• Paid vacation after first year.

• Profit sharing (15% of profits shared with Employees and based on attendance).

• Full time positions are first shift only (production hours are 6:30am-3:00pm).
