Compensation And Benefits

• Starting wage for the Graphic Artist position is based on experience.
• 401k (employer match of $.50 for every dollar employee contributes up to 6% of their wages. This amounts to $750 - $900 annual company match for newly eligible employees).
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
• This is an on-site position and cannot be done remotely.
• Duties may include catalog design and layout, creating and/or modifying customer provided designs, sublimation design, layout, and production.
• Ripon Athletic will train candidates who show the desire to learn, have good attendance, and have the ability to work well with others.
• Employees evaluated for salary increases after first 60 days, 6 months, and first year.
• Life insurance ($5k face value).
• Paid holidays after 60 days.
