The holidays are one of the most exciting times of the year in St. Augustine, and Ripley's Believe It or Not! is looking for energetic, friendly team members to help create unforgettable guest experiences during the world-famous Nights of Lights season!

What You'll Do
As an Admissions Ticket Seller, you'll be one of the first faces our guests see and play a key role in making their visit memorable.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests with a welcoming smile and positive attitude
- Providing information about attractions, ticket options, packages, and promotions
- Processing ticket sales using our point-of-sale system
- Promoting combo packages and attraction upgrades
- Delivering outstanding customer service to every guest
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting work area
- Assisting guests with questions and helping create an exceptional visit

What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality

- Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills are a plus
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
