RipDrip-DM is an AI-powered Instagram and Facebook DM automation service built exclusively for high-ticket coaches doing $50K /month. We clone our clients' voice, respond to leads in under 3 minutes, and run their DM sales end-to-end. We're growing fast and need a Client Success Manager who actually knows this world — not someone we have to train from scratch.


What you'll own


  • Managing a book of high-ticket coaching clients — onboarding, QBRs, retention, and expansion
  • Auditing and optimizing ManyChat flows, DM sequences, and response logic for each client
  • Monitoring dashboard KPIs and flagging performance issues before clients do
  • Being the first line of communication — fast, professional, and proactive
  • Identifying upsell opportunities and flagging churn risks to leadership
  • Collecting testimonials, case studies, and referrals as part of natural client relationships


You must already know


  • ManyChat — flow building, tagging, conditions, integrations. Not surface level.
  • Instagram & Facebook DMs — how they work as a sales channel, not just a messaging platform
  • DM sales fundamentals — qualifying, nurturing, booking, re-engaging cold leads
  • Meta Business Suite / ad ecosystem — understanding how organic and paid traffic connects to DMs
  • High-ticket online coaching space — you understand how these businesses run and what results they care about


Who this is NOT for

You've "used Instagram" but never managed DM automations for clients

You need hand-holding to figure out what a client needs

You're reactive, not proactive — you wait for problems instead of preventing them

You treat client management like customer support tickets
