Position Overview
The Platoon Sergeant plays a critical leadership role within our organization, responsible for supervising security personnel, overseeing staffing and scheduling, and maintaining operational readiness across assigned sites. This position ensures that all teams operate in alignment with RiP USA’s mission, values, and performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a platoon of security personnel across multiple locations.
- Oversee staffing needs, participate in hiring processes, support onboarding, and coordinate training as needed.
- Create and manage daily/weekly/monthly schedules to ensure posts are fully staffed and compliant with client requirements.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, labor efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and service satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation, incident reports, schedules, and operational records.
- Promote and enforce RiP USA policies, culture, values, and mission-driven expectations.
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to support growth and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR regarding disciplinary actions, evaluations, promotions, and staffing needs.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Tobacco use is not permitted on any job site
