Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support our administrative and maintenance operations. This role involves assisting with various office tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills. We are looking for someone who is fully comfortable in using a computer and various softwares we use in the company, including excel. We are looking for someone who is a fast learner and can handle multiple tasks being given at a time. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team, and is willing to be the right hand person to the owner/ company.
Duties
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
- Assist with inventory management of supplies and equipment
- Assist with scheduling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and maintenance areas
- Support the owner in tasks that he needs done through out the week
- Assist in the operation and upkeep of facility systems to ensure safety and functionality
We are looking for someone who is friendly, detail-orientaed, self-starting, professional, and passionate about everything they do. The Office Assistant will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency while supporting the upkeep of systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
