DAY-TO-DAY:
- Plan and schedule employee shifts and staffing assignments to ensure smooth event operations
- Train and guide team members on their responsibilities and proper equipment usage
- Coordinate work between flaggers and cashiers to ensure arrival and departure efficiencies
- Evaluate the work, activities, and work resources of crews or employees in the assigned lot/area
- Review any new work assignments, confirm work details with event lead prior to shift starting
- Assign and manage active work orders, making real-time adjustments based on team capabilities
- Make labor decisions within the assigned area as it relates to breaks and meals
- Ensure all team members accurately use the timekeeping system
- Assist staff with flagging and cashier duties during busy periods and when needed
WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:
- Are at least 18 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have one year of customer service experience
- Have one year of parking-related or similar work experience
- Have the ability to work a flexible, event-based schedule, including nights, weekends, and sometimes holidays
- Are able to understand and communicate conversational English; including following verbal and written directions
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Can be on your feet and moving around the venue and Rose Quarter campus for several hours at a time
- Demonstrate the ability to work as a team with people of different backgrounds and abilities
WE’D BE THRILLED IF YOU ALSO HAVE:
- At least one year of leadwork experience
