Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food to tables promptly, addressing guest needs and answering questions.
- Ensure orders match tickets before delivery to avoid mistakes.
- Safely carry trays and handle hot or heavy items.
- Communicate special requests, dietary needs, and order delays to the kitchen and staff.
- Support team members to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous customer service/hospitality/restaurant experience, preferably in a fine-dining setting.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as running food, refilling drinks, and clearing tables.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with staff and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, especially during busy service periods.
- Required food and alcohol certifications.
