Position Description:
As a Bottle Server, you will be an essential part of the VIP experience at our nightclub, responsible for delivering exceptional bottle service to our amazing clientele. You will be expected to provide top-notch service, creating memorable moments and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable night out.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome VIP guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Present and describe the nightclub's bottle service offerings in a knowledgeable and enticing manner.
- Assist guests in selecting and customizing bottle service packages to suit their preferences.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of bottle service to VIP tables.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the nightclub's menu, pricing, and special promotions.
- Provide attentive and personalized service, including pouring drinks and ensuring glasses are never empty.
- Handle payments, process transactions, and reconcile checks accurately.
- Collaborate with the bar and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Anticipate guest needs and address them promptly to exceed their expectations.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all VIP tables.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the nightclub's dress code.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in bottle service, upscale dining, or a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail preparation, and bottle service etiquette.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and payments.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid alcohol service certification.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
