As a Manager of Globalization Production at Riot Games, you will lead teams responsible for bringing Riot’s content from creation to live for players around the world. You will serve as the strategic bridge between our creative game and content teams and our global audiences. In this role, you’ll manage producers across localization and content publishing teams and align workflows across teams to enable scale while partnering closely with Development, Product, Content Production, Marketing and Engineering teams. Your mission is to ensure that every game, cinematic and Riot produced experience lands with quality, consistency, and impact across regions, languages and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of content from source handoff through localization, readiness and publishing.
  • Ensure global launches are coordinated, localized, and published across channels and regions.
  • Directly manage localization and content operations producers, coaching them to think beyond functional silos and take ownership of full content lifecycles.
  • Build a team culture grounded in accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a primary partner to stakeholders across Content Production, Product and Game Teams.
  • Represent globalization and publishing considerations early in planning and intake conversations.
  • Use data and insights to inform prioritization, resourcing and process improvements.
  • Establish and evolve workflows that connect Content Production, Localization and Publishing.
  • Partner with tooling and platform teams to improve automation, scalability, and visibility.
  • Define and track success metrics such as time-to-market, localization readiness, etc.

Requirements

  • Experience building content pipelines and familiarity with publishing systems, and content management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of how content is produced, packaged, localized and published at scale.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional workflows and multiple stakeholders.
  • 3 years of people management experience.

Qualifications

  • At least five years in content localization or globalization management, preferably in gaming or entertainment.
  • Experience leading teams in localization, content operations, publishing or program management.
  • Experience working with global teams and regional partners.
  • A systems mindset: you see patterns, dependencies, and opportunities for simplification.

For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players. We will be looking at your past studies, experience, and your personal relationship with games. If you embody player empathy and care about players' experiences, this could be your role!
