The Opportunity
This is an immediate opening for a polished, professional, and people-oriented team member who thrives in a fast-paced yet supportive clinical environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients — making warmth, clarity, and professionalism essential to success in this role.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and genuine care.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, and direct calls appropriately.
- Communicate confidently with both current and prospective patients in person and over the phone.
- Collect, process, and post private-pay patient payments with accuracy and discretion.
- Support the Office Administrator and clinical staff with daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in a medical office, healthcare front desk, or high-end service environment strongly
preferred.
- Experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and CRM systems is a strong plus.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflow highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
