Maintenance Technician

Riomar Country Club, a private member-owned club located between the Indian River and the Atlantic Ocean in Vero Beach, is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team.

Position Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout Club facilities and grounds
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and building systems
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and general maintenance projects
- Complete preventative maintenance assignments
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Support special projects, events, and facility improvements as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance or facilities experience required
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair practices
- Ability to diagnose and solve maintenance issues efficiently
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in indoor and outdoor environments
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed
