The Opportunity

This isn't a traditional "business as usual" Total Rewards position.

The foundations are already being established as part of the separation programme. Your role will be to take ownership of those programmes, support the final stages of implementation where required, stabilise operations and then drive continuous improvement across benefits and compensation.

You'll act as the subject matter expert for U.S. benefits while working closely with senior leadership, external vendors and international stakeholders to ensure programmes remain competitive, compliant and aligned with business objectives.

Alongside benefits, you'll oversee compensation activities through a dedicated Compensation & Benefits Advisor, ensuring salary structures, benchmarking, annual merit reviews and incentive programmes continue to support the business.

Key Responsibilities for the Total Rewards Manager:

• Lead the design, governance and delivery of U.S. benefits programmes.
• Oversee health, welfare, retirement, leave and wellbeing programmes.
• Manage relationships with external brokers, insurers and benefits providers.
• Provide oversight of international benefits across Europe and Asia.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, vendor transitions and programme optimisation.
• Oversee compensation governance including salary structures, benchmarking, merit reviews and incentive programmes.
• Support union benefit strategy through analysis, modelling and recommendations.
• Partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal and senior leadership and bult your own team!

What We're Looking For in the Total Rewards Manager:

• We're looking for an experienced Benefits or Total Rewards professional who has built a career managing complex U.S. employee benefit programmes.
• Multi-state benefits administration.
• Experience supporting both union and non-union employee populations.
• Exposure to retirement programmes including 401(k), defined benefit and defined contribution plans.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA and benefits compliance.
• Experience managing multiple external vendors and brokers and exposure to international benefits is highly desirable.
• Experience leading significant change projects such as vendor transitions, programme redesigns or major benefits implementations. Carve-out experience isn't essential, but candidates who have successfully led transformation, major benefits projects or organisational change will be particularly well suited.

Location:

• Burbank, California, (Hybrid)
• Minimum two days per week in the office.
• Occasional travel to Boron and other locations as required (minimal)

Salary:

• Up to $183,000 base salary 20% annual bonus Comprehensive benefits package.
