Our client delivers comprehensive care through multi-specialty outpatient clinics in scenic New Mexico. Nurse Practitioners enjoy autonomy, balanced schedules, and opportunities in fields including neurology, endocrinology, wound care, cardiology, urgent care, and emergency medicine. Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $110K–$140K DOE
• Starting Bonus: Up to $10,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $14,000
• Shift: Primarily Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with some flexible scheduling (e.g., 3x10s, rotating weekends)

Job Summary

Clinics operate with physician collaboration but allow for full NP autonomy and leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct outpatient care in designated specialty
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients independently
• Serve in surgical support or first assist roles (if applicable)
• Educate patients on diagnosis and treatment plans
• Support acute care workflows in fast-paced departments

Minimum Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Nursing
• Active or eligible NM NP license
• DEA certification (as required)
• 1–3 years of specialty experience preferred

Ideal Qualifications

• ER/Urgent Care or First Assist experience
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Adaptable to a rural care environment
• Self-starter who thrives in semi-autonomous settings
