. Rio's Italian Ice & Ice Cream is a Food Truck business located in Dawsonville, GA. We are looking for weekend workers only. (SATURDAY & SUNDAY If you are not available on the weekends, please do not apply. The shifts are from 11:30 AM - 7:30PM on Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen, dining areas, and serving stations
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring food expiration dates
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and processing payments
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
